How do you define your connection to your outside and inner world? What interpretations do you make of the information available? Everything we attempt to do in this current life is the center of developing a meaningful relationship with ourselves, and ultimately others. Where do you seek this validation and how do you bridge the gap when feeling a disconnect?

Some of these questions you may contemplate but feel “stuck” or disengaged. Exploring the theme of connection is a core tenant of how you establish a grounded relationship with your healed self. However, the work begins in the establishment of the therapeutic bond and development of a “safe space” in order to answer these questions, without it, we cannot skillfully move through the barriers that hold us back.
